Rebooked

Rebooked in the driveway

Offer the next visit before you leave, same stop, same time of day.

Seven stops, one loop, home by 4:40 PM

Bramble orders the day around drive time and each dog’s window, then keeps owners posted while you work.

Ordered by drive time
Each dog’s window stays put while the stops around it shuffle into the shortest loop.
Owners texted on the way
A “15 minutes out” message goes on its own, so nobody is in the shower when the van pulls up.
Reshuffles when a stop cancels
A 9 AM cancel pulls the afternoon forward and offers the gap to your waitlist.

Booking from Bramble by this afternoon

Most groomers send their first booking link the same day they sign up. This is the whole setup.

  1. 1

    Send your booking link

Import clients from a spreadsheet or your old app, then text regulars the link. Your hours and service area come along.

  2. 2

    Let the route build itself

Bookings land on the day that fits the neighborhood. Drag a stop and Bramble recounts the drive.

  3. 3

    Groom, get paid, rebook

Tap to pay in the driveway, send the after photo, and book the next visit before you pull away.

no-shows a month once owners got reminder texts

Sam Ruelas, Honeyside Pet Spa, Tucson, AZ

I used to plan Tuesday on a napkin at red lights. Now the loop is ready before my coffee, and I’m home by 4:30.

Jordan Pellow

Owner, Wren Street Grooming, Raleigh, NC

Vaccine reminders alone paid for it. I stopped being the one who tells a family their dog can’t come in today.

Casey Brandvold

Groomer, Rufus & Reed, Columbus, OH

Clients rebook before I’ve rolled up the hose. I’m full eight weeks out and never sent a single reminder text myself.

Riley Achterberg

Owner, Foxglove Mobile, Boise, ID

We run three vans. Bramble keeps each one in its own part of town, so nobody crosses the river twice a day.

Avery Szabo

Operations lead, Kindred Co., Pittsburgh, PA

Tap to pay with tips was the switch. Tips went up the first week because people finally had a button to press.

Morgan Quist

Co-owner, Thistle Grooming, Denver, CO

Questions groomers ask us first

Still deciding? Call the support line. It’s answered by people who have run a van.

Weekdays, 7 AM to 7 PM MT

+1 (208) 555-0134
Does it work without signal?

Yes. The day’s route, notes and invoices live on your phone, and payments sync the moment you have a bar again.

Can I bring clients over from another app?

Send us a spreadsheet export and we import clients, pets and vaccine dates the same day. It’s free on every plan.

What does tap to pay cost?

2.6% plus 15 cents per charge, deposited the next business day. Tips never carry a fee.

How do vaccine reminders work?

Snap a photo of the certificate and Bramble reads the dates. Owners get a text seven days before a shot lapses, and again on the day.

Can clients choose their groomer?

On Crew and Fleet, yes. Clients only see open slots for their groomer near that day’s route.

What happens after the free trial?

Pick a plan or walk away; nothing is charged until you add a card. Your data exports as a spreadsheet either way.

Your next Tuesday, already booked

Start free on one van for 14 days. Send us your client list tonight and it’s imported by morning.
